Hello BFM Club members, FACEBOOK: Fan page. See you all again today. Today we are puzzled by how the cleanline-focused Listerine factory renovation has to do with the protection of rainwater entering the building. Today, let's take a look at it. As a result of this event, many of you may already know that Listerine is one of the most popular mouthwashes in the world. This is why it has to be a very clean factory to prevent infection from getting into the mouthwash that is produced, because it is not from the solution. A mouthwash that protects against germs will become a substitute for a disinfectant.
It seemed normal, but until then, what the plant managers didn't want to happen was that this special filter turned out to be a breeding ground for germs, because its resolution causes water to accumulate when it rains, because the vents have to be on the outside of the building and draw natural air into the building, either for the production process or for Used for factory workers. Every time it rains, the filters become a reservoir of water and moisture. Soon, mold develops, and then gets into the building through the ventilation fan system. As such, these filters need to be replaced regularly in the factory. To reduce the occurrence of mold, but looking deeper, it turns out that the problem is not really in the filter, but in turn, the louvre or the air vent in front of the filter is broken.
Originally before the arrival of the High Performance Louvre: COLT from the United Kingdom, it is believed that many of you would not have expected to have enough high performance ventilation to protect 100% of rainwater, but still have a lot of ventilation capacity, so no one took this into account and needed to use as many ventilation flakes as available on the market, and then went on to solve the problem that follows. One hug
However, high-performance ventilation systems are now officially available in Thailand. Therefore, we are considering the introduction of COLT ventilation louvers to solve these endless problems. There are points to be taken into account: to drastically reduce the accumulation of rainwater entering the building or to achieve 100% rainwater protection, but still require ventilation to the building by using it. The fan system draws air into the building. Therefore, it is important to take into account the pressure drop of the ventilation flakes whether they are suitable for use.
As a result of the study, the project considered Colt's 3UL High Performance Ventilation Flakes to be used in the project to prevent the occurrence of mold on the filters as described above. This is due to the fact that the vehicle has a Class A or 100% protection against rainwater, and also provides high efficiency ventilation, suitable for use with a ventilation fan system at Class 3 or with a ventilation coefficient of At most 0.299, which is enough for use.
As a result of the installation of COLT's high-performance 3UL ventilation louvers, the renovated factory building has adequate ventilation and no mold build-up in the filter area. It also has a slope, no dust accumulation, and a modern coating system that provides environmental resistance and is easy to clean. Another GMP, too.
